Good morning! Welcome to XCE!
早上好！欢迎来到新晨动力机械有限公司！
On December 12th two thousand and twelve, BMW Group, who enjoyed one hundred years’ history, licensed XCE to produce N20 engines, the first time for BMW to license a ｃompany outside BMW system to produce its engines.
2012年12月12日百年BMW首次授权体系外生产发动机。
On June 26th two thousand and fourteen, SOP was achieved within time schedule.BMW quality standard was fulfilled after eighteen months’ excellent work.
通过18个月的卓越工作，XCE于2014年6月26日SOP，质量符合BMW标准。
The project was internally known in XCE as Blue Sky Project.
XCE内部代号为蓝天项目。
Through the platform of Blue Sky Project,
通过蓝天项目的平台，
XCE set up a learning system from BMW and started Change Program and Phoenix Project,
XCE建立了向BMW学习的机制，开展了转型项目、凤凰项目，
which have all achieved great success.

On June 10th two thousand and fifteen,

BMW Group once again licensed XCE Prince Engine,

which was internally known as King Project, the second phase of Blue Sky Project.

Now we finally welcomed its SOP after twenty eight months’ hard work.

Prince Engine is a family product,

which was granted with international awards for eight years in a row，

It is highly regarded as one of the best engines both in BMW and in the world.

Prince Engine covers the best customer-friendly displacements of one point eight liter, one point six liter and one point two liter as well as future hybrid power solution.
王子发动机涵盖了1.8L、1.6L、1.2L等黄金排量和未来的混合动力解决方案。
The workload and complexity of KP project is many times more than Blue Sky Project.
KP项目的工作量和工作复杂系数数倍于蓝天项目。
BMW set up a team with fifteen BMW experts and two McKinsey consultants to provide full time support to XCE, free of charge;
BMW为KP无偿地组建了15人的全职支持团队，并聘请麦肯锡两位专家全职支持，
BBA experts also participated and supported the project;
BBA同事全程参与支持，
supporting offices were set up both in Mianyang and Munich.
同时在绵阳和慕尼黑建立了专家支持办公室。
All the efforts were to supply professional support on aspects of management, R&D, quality, purchasing, ndustrialization, sales and finance,
在项目管理、开发、质量、采购、工业化、销售、财务七个方面提供全程专业性支持，
especially on R&D and transfer and debugging of TVDI cylinder head line.
特别是开发方面和TVDI缸盖生产搬迁调试方面的大力支持；
Nine thousand technical documents were provided;
提供SOP需要的技术文件9000份以上；
PSS IT sharing with BMW was realized;
帮助XCE实现与BMW共享PSS IT系统；
barriers on industrialization were overcome
帮助克服工业化障碍；
and systems of weekly meeting, monthly meeting and quarterly meeting were set up ;
建立了周例会、月例会、季度例会制度，
five hundred and twenty two meetings were held with BMW;
XCE与BMW共同召开会议522次
forty nine times of training by BBA and BMW team were performed to six hundred and seventeen XCE trainees.
BBA团队和BMW团队累计为XCE提供培训49次，培训人数617人次。
XCE learned a lot about project management and engine technology during the twenty seven months,
XCE在这27个月里学习到了很多很多BMW的项目管理经验和发动机技术，
and also gained valuable experience on quality, purchasing, industrialization, sales and finance.
也学习到非常全面的质量、采购、工业化、销售、财务等方面的宝贵经验
With the thorough team work and close contact in the mentioned works,
通过上述工作中的充分融合和紧密联系，
XCE and BMW teams have become good friends.
XCE同事与BMW同事成为了好朋友。
